Locate DocumentsRealFlight 7challengedata.db and copy it to a different directory if you want to preserve your challenge times & scores. I'd be happy to help you here (or else direct you to tech support if that's what's needed), but first I need to better understand your circumstances.
I have long known that some users go to the manual activation page and try to activate their software when they don't need to and don't have all of the required info, but I've never been in a position to be able to ask them why.
